1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions

All financial transactions on sakla are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings due to technical errors, interruptions in service, or unauthorised account access. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use. sakla does not guarantee any specific outcome in any game or wager placed on the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

sakla reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• At the user's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with our standard payout procedures, subject to completion of identity verification. Balances associated with policy violations may be forfeited.

9. Changes to These Terms and Governing Law

sakla may amend these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
